SELLING YOUR ITEMS ON BOGO.CO.UK IS INSTANT AND MEGA EASY.
1. We buy CD's, DVD's, computer games and all kinds of electronic gadgets including mobile phones. So the first thing to do is have good rummage round the house and find everything you want to sell. The minimum amount we buy at a single time is £10 worth and we also pay higher rates the more you send so it's best to send as much as you can in one go. CD's, DVD's and games can easily get scratched so if they have any scratches on them please test them to make sure they are in full working order before sending and if sending electronics please also ensure they are in full working order. Please note we only buy items that are in full working order.
2. Once you have got everything together and tested that everything is ok go to www.bogo.co.uk and enter the barcode for each time one at a time then hit "Get Value" and the site will return the cash price we will pay for it. Remember we will pay extra if you take vouchers instead of cash, send more items or donate the money to charity. The barcode should be on every item but if you can't find it you can also click the link below the barcode entry field to search for the item by name. When you get a value for an item it will be added to your box. You can then remove the item from the box if you do not accept the price or go on to add the next item until all items have been entered.
3. After entering all the items you then need to enter your contact info and then print the order form. If you do not have a printer it is ok to write the order number, your contact info and items info out instead. Put the order form in with your items in a box or bubble wrap envelope if they will fit. Pack your items carefully ensuring that the order sheet is inside the packaging also. Pack carefully so that the items do not get broken in transit. Please ensure all accessories are included and that the items are in good working condition and clean. If the items are missing accessories or are in poor condition then the offer price may be reduced or goods returned.
4. If you do not need insurance over £41 then print out the free post label and attach it to the outside of your package. If you do not have a printer you can write the address out as "Packet Post Returns Contract No. 212608PR, Nitrotek T/A Bogo.co.uk, 4th Floor Goyt Mill, Marple, Stockport, SK6 7HX" and make sure you also write your name, address and order number on the pack of the package. Then drop your package into your local post office. Please ensure that you ask them for a proof of posting which is free but you will need this in case your package is lost in the post as you will not be able to put in a Royal Mail claim without one. 5. You can track the progress of your order by logging in and clicking on the orders tab which will tell you if we have received the package yet and if we are still testing the items etc. Once we have tested the items if everything is ok you will receive payment by your chosen payment method a couple of days later. If we find that an item is in poor condition or missing an accessory then you will receive an email with a revised offer. You will then have the option to accept the revised offer and receive payment or reject it and have your items returned to you.
