By purchasing from Bogo.co.uk you agree to the following terms and conditions. The terms are based on the standard UK distance selling regulations:

1. Within 14 days of delivery you are entitled to cancel your order. You are responsible for returning your order. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel. If there is any damage to the product or wear beyond a normal trial of the product as you would do in a shop then the refund will be reduced to cover the loss in value.

2. Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a refund if there is a manufacturing fault on delivery or a fault develops within 30 days. This does not cover damage caused by the user. If there is any additional damage to the product caused by the user or excessive wear beyond a normal use of the product then the refund will be reduced to cover the loss in value.

3. After 30 days you are entitled to a free repair only if a manufacturing fault develops. After 30 days you are not entitled to a refund. This does not include damage caused by the user or for items that would not usually be covered by a warranty such as a flat tyre or worn brake pads.

5. You must charge your battery for 5 hours or until full at least twice a week. If you do not do this the battery may break and this would not be covered by the warranty.

6. If there is courier damage on delivery you must notify us within 3 days of delivery or else it will be assumed damage has happened after delivery.

7. You must notify us if you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email.

8. We are not liable for any consequential damage or injury to yourself or a 3rd party. The products are used at your own risk and we highly recommend that you take out mobility scooter insurance to cover yourself against theft, breakdown, personal injury or 3rd party injury. Mobility scooter insurance is easy to obtain online and is not expensive so is highly recommended.
