Delivery is free on every deal. There is nothing to add at checkout.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and islands and Northern Ireland.
When your order is sent
Orders are sent the same day or the next working day. We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
How long delivery takes
- Small items are sent on a next working day delivery service.
- Large items are delivered by a specialist two-person courier. Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.
- Very large items may be delivered on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are to the kerbside only and take 3 to 5 working days.
These times are counted from the day your order is sent. They are estimates, and during busy periods delivery can occasionally take a little longer.
Kerbside pallet deliveries
A kerbside delivery means the driver will leave the pallet at the nearest accessible point outside your property. The driver cannot carry the item indoors, so please make sure someone is able to move it inside.
When your order arrives
Please check your order as soon as you can. If anything is damaged or missing, email [email protected] with your order number and photos, ideally within 2 days of delivery, so we can raise it with the courier and put it right.
