Changed your mind
You can cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after the day it is delivered. To cancel, email us within those 14 days. You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.
- You then have 14 days from the day you tell us to send the item back.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning it.
- The item must come back as new, with everything it arrived with.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please package it well.
You are welcome to inspect an item as you would in a shop. If it comes back used, damaged or incomplete, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in its value.
Large items cannot be returned by normal post and will need a courier or pallet collection. Email us and we can give you a quote for collection before you decide.
Refunds
We refund the price you paid to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Faulty items and your 12 month warranty
Every product comes with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect appears within 12 months of delivery, email us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or a short video if you can.
- Returning a defective item costs you nothing. We will either arrange collection, or ask you to send it back and refund your return postage.
- If you send it back yourself, please use the service we ask you to use. We refund reasonable postage costs.
- We will repair or replace the item, or refund you if that is not possible.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse.
The warranty is in addition to your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing on this page affects those rights.
Damaged in delivery
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us with photos as soon as you can, ideally within 2 days of delivery. See Delivery Info for more.
