Exceptional deals. Nothing else.

Terms

These terms apply to every order placed on bogo.co.uk. Please read them before you order. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

1. About us

BOGO is a trading name of Nitrotek Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 05070618. Our address is 4th Floor Goyt Mill, Upper Hibbert Lane, Marple, SK6 7HX. You can reach us at [email protected] or on 0161 883 0054, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.

2. Your order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send confirms we have received your order. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order.

We may decline or cancel an order before it is dispatched, for example if an item is out of stock, if there was a mistake in the price or description, or if we cannot verify payment. If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid in full.

3. Deals and availability

Each deal has a limited number of units. The number shown as available is the number in stock when the page was loaded. Stock is not held for you until your order has been placed, so a deal can sell out while you are checking out. If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is free. The “was” price shown on a deal is a price the product has previously been sold at.

We take care to get prices right, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are handled by our secure payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and methods are set out on our Delivery Info page. Delivery times are estimates. If a parcel is refused, or returned to us because it could not be delivered and was not collected, we will cancel the order and refund you, and we may deduct the courier’s charges for the outward and return journeys.

6. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after the day you receive it. You then have 14 days to return the item at your own cost. Full details, including the cancellation form, are on our Returns page.

7. Faulty goods and warranty

All products come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects, as described on our Returns page. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. It is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Product information

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and manufacturers occasionally make small changes to specifications. This does not mean you will receive something different from what you ordered.

9. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any breach of your legal rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we are responsible only for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We supply products for domestic and private use, and we are not liable for business losses such as loss of profit.

10. Recycling electrical items

Under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations, if you buy a new electrical item from us we will take back your old equivalent item for recycling free of charge. Please email us within 28 days of your purchase to arrange this. Used batteries can also be recycled at most supermarkets and local recycling centres.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a product or with our service, please email [email protected] with your order number and the details. We aim to reply within 14 days and to resolve complaints fairly.

12. Your personal information

We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page on the day you place it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in the courts there.
